StockNest: The subscription platform providing foodstuff packages to customers in Nigeria. User/Customer: Any individual or entity subscribing to or using StockNest services. Subscription Plan: The package of food items selected with a defined payment schedule.

By registering or using StockNest services, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
Services Provided
StockNest offers subscription-based food stocking plans with flexible payment options (daily, weekly, monthly). Customers receive scheduled deliveries after payments reach agreed thresholds. Delivery fees are borne by customers and are clearly communicated.
User Responsibilities
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during
registration and ordering.
Make payments timely according to chosen payment plans.
Pay applicable delivery fees as communicated.
Use StockNest services only for lawful, authorized purposes.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made on schedule to avoid suspension or
cancellation.
StockNest reserves the right to adjust prices and fees with prior
notice.
Refunds, if any, are subject to StockNest’s Refund Policy.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors
beyond our control.
Delivery fees are the responsibility of the User and will be
included in the final payment screen.
StockNest is not liable for delays or failures due to force
majeure or third-party issues.
Cancellation and Refunds
Users may cancel subscriptions with advance notice.
Refund eligibility and amounts will be determined based on
payments made and goods dispatched.
Limitation of Liability
StockNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or inability to use the service.
Intellectual Property
All StockNest content, software, trademarks, and branding remain the property of Jurvclaq Global Concept Ltd.
Amendments
StockNest may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or dashboard alerts.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. All disputes shall be subject to Nigerian courts.
